Progress you can see, without looking over a shoulder.
A supervisor is a parent or a teacher attached to a student's book. You see chapters covered, questions answered and MCQ marks — the same summary the student sees, nothing more.
Suggested revision: Chapter 7 — network topologies.
Consent first, always
A supervisor never gets access by default. Adding a student is an invitation the student has to accept.
Search for the student
Find them by the email address they registered with.
They get an email
An invitation naming you and the book you want to supervise.
The student accepts
Only then does progress start appearing on your side.
Either side can stop
Supervision can be ended at any time, by the student or by you.
If you're a parent
You don't need to know ICT to be useful. You'll see whether papers are being attempted, how the marks are moving, and which chapter the app suggests next — enough to ask a better question at dinner.
If you're a teacher
Supervise a whole class across a book, spot the questions most of them got wrong, and stop marking forty identical MCQ sheets by hand.
